He wasn't stronger than all of CP9. But yeah he would've won because they can't use haki.

Since no one in Ennis Lobby had access to Haki yes he would.

Even with Haki... I'd say he had a descent if not great chance. He was notably stronger than Luffy who had improved since Ennis Lobby st the time. I wouldn't be surprised if he could do it.

Anyway, the reason EL & ID have haki users, was simply because the story didn't need such power at that point. Otherwise the SH's would'e definitely lost.

Obviously, he could have easily all by himself. Especially since they didn't have Haki. Ace could have probably knocked them out with his Haoshoku Haki, let alone his Devil Fruit abilities.

Why would it be interesting to try and attack Enies Lobby ? Only reason the SH's went there was to save Robin, Besides if the marines know you're there they will open the gates of justice and come sailing in from Marineford and Impel Down just like what happenend during the buster Call.

Except from the occasional prisoner transportation, there is nothing to get there.
