I like the overall cover scheme and things, there is to much space in the middle, not enough blending, the "u" thing :|, ummm thats all i can think of right now, BUT i love the font you chose it works great with it, also i have no idea who these people are except Jordan ~_~

If I was doing it, jordan(or who ever it is~_~) will be in the middle, the U will be a BB net while messi and who ever that isxd will be by the sides like you put them

well its an English Project... so instead of Adding sport pics you mush add some more text....
well and it should be related with your project topic too....

Looks messy and noobish. You should start from a simple scratch instead of just throwing the elements around. Also, choose two or three colours for your project to base on, too many colours don't look good. Furthermore, font doesn't fit with the other elements (stick with the sans-serif ones), the background as well.

Add some basic blending, filters and adjustments.
