Hey there, I was just going to suggest that the staff to make a Courts Section. This basically would be a section which is only accessible to banned users. In this way, these users can justify their reasons for doing what they did, and if legitimate, get unbanned. I don't really see any real negativity by implementing the feature, since currently, the banned users have to contact Zise using alternate accounts or by asking a fellow member to do it on their behalf, which is inconvenient to say the least.

Usually when you banned, it is because the amount of infractions adds up. It is supposed to be settled during the time of the infraction or it is considered inadmissible.

Other times you are banned from a thread. You just don't get banned unless it is a serious offense.
Someone loves white knighting.

There have been many cases where that hasn't held true, you're ruling out the possibility. Especially for permanently banned members, have you seen how many have returned back from their ban? My point. This would make it a lot more convenient for them to contact Zise, to see if they are deserving of it or perhaps they could reduce the duration of the ban as it was particularly strict in that instance. Either way, it's beneficial, and it's possible on vbulletin, so why not implement it?
