Judge: Kabuto Yakushi - Introvert. Orochimaru's right hand man. Took the 2nd Hokages technique to the next level. Needs Sasuke to fully achieve his goals in understanding all things.

Jury: All the Uchiha Itachi killed - Selfish. Ambitious. Planned a Coup D'etat on Konoha. Wiped out by Itachi. Resurrected by Kabuto


My prediction is Sasuke follows Itachi all the way to Kabuto. Sasuke agrees to help Itachi defeat Kabuto. Kabuto, being the twisted bastard that he is will resurrect all the Uchiha that Itachi killed. If he was able to get DNA from Konoha ninjas such a Dan, Asuma Sarutobi, ect... Then he must have all the Uchihas in his back pocket. The truth will be fully revealed to Sasuske from this confrontation between Itachi and the dead Uchihas.

Verdict: The defendant is found guilty of protecting the ninja world by any means necessary.

I didn't intend for it to be identical i haven't seen this concept before. I was just trying to illustrate the idea of Kabuto resurrecting the Uchiha that Itachi annihilated. Kabuto resurrecting the dead Uchiha will give Sasuke and the readers of the manga a complete understanding of the massacre. Sasuke wants to know the full truth. This would be the best way for Kishi to reveal the massacre. He done it from Iatchi's perspective, Sasuke's perspective, Tobi's perspective, and now he will end it the massacred Uchiha's perspective. I was just picturing it as a courtroom.
