1.I have seen various amount of people whine on how jutsu which are canon are over powered and should not be allowed into the role play system on narutobase. However, the true fact is that this jutsu are not overpowered and it is due to lack of understanding and poor training that makes it seems that way so i would like to suggest an official thread which would be stickied in one of the official role play sections be created were there is a suitable counter to all the jutsu on naruto base. I know many members including myself and sensei who would gladly contribute to it and make it filled in less than 2 weeks for example there would be a thread for all the elements and thier counters and nin and tai and gen counter. Example is Doton Elemental counters,containing all doton jutsu and more than two jutsu which can counter them, for other like genjutsu like nagashi would be able to dispel all gen from b rank to e . So it would only be A-S rank that would be difficult.
2. Despite the rules of the forums being made as a global announcement so people still try to act funny and coy and claim they have never read the rules, so i suggest that similar to o.p.b the rules would be highlighted along with where the User CP, New Posts are to make people more aware of it.
3. I suggest that the naruto base report system would be based on a percentage scale ,when the user reports and depending on the severity the user would be able to issue and file the report against a member. Now here is what i mean, lets assume i am flaming a member and i called him a bitch ass white **** prick, or some thing like that, and another user posts nude ponographic pictures on several threads, i suggest that the second be ranked higher and have the top priority when moderators see the report option, if this is possible or if an add on can be enabled it would be great.
