Miotic Regen makes her immortal for it's duration.
Mei boiling mist jutsu is really only effective in closed spaces. Can it melt Tsunade faster than she can regen? Doubt it. Even Madara gave tsunades jutsu praise.
Tsuande is pretty much tanking anything Mei has. I know for a fact she is faster than Mei. I don't see anyway Mei can win this.
Honestly, I don't see how she can beat konan. Only known weakness is oil.

So this me she have fast feet speed to close that distance in a sec. Speed isn't a problem with countering tsunade strength which is very linear.
Now concerning tsunade strength. If she dose punch the ground. It wouldn't be the end for mei but it would be tsunade down fall. If she dose punch the ground, it won't completely blitz her she will feel the floor shattering. She could jump out of the way. But mei will get hit by derbies like this.

Now I'm getting back to my statement with tsunade punch being her down fall. Once she knows tsunade utilize taijustu and incorporates monster strength with it. She won't fight close, but at a range. And we already know want kakashi said about close combatants are weak against longe range. This is when tsunade will summon katsuyu to help in long range. But like I said katsuyu gets melted easily.

this is are hard one to choose but i cant count out tsunade she is the last senju and carries that same philosophy and has that same heart and desire to never give up much like naruto and naruto has barely lost any fights at all and mei is skilled and has unique skills but its hard to go against tsunade but i think konan is the strongest women shinobi

Being a medical ninja and have the seal, pretty much tells me she has more chakra than mei your into her feet to move faster. No way Mei can win this. She easily the weakest of the kage.
Tsunade didn't go for the kill and was pretty Rusty in that fight, against Kabuto (who was compared to Kakashi + was enhanced with a pill) but she still blitz them, she blitz Shizune without her even noticing, she blitz madara, she was sort of keeping up with Ay in the war too.
