Actually, he can't just Kamui himself to the battlefield (already bleeding to death) and just assume he can find Sakura in time (if she's even alive and not busy healing someone else). Then if he dies, who's gonna kick Obito's ass in Kamui realm? (remember Kakashi doesn't know Obito transformed)

1.He culd Have gon out of chackra(What shuld he do If he cant Kamui why not to heal himselve or prepare Traps?)
2.He culd even be damaged if Kamued with Wound
3.he culd be useles and damaged by "God tree" if Kamui back without any chackra left
