Couldnt Itachi also manipulate the Black Flames of Amaterasu?

When fighting Sasuke, Itachi had the flames chase/follow Sasuke has he was running in a circle. Or was he just continuously producing "New" flames the entire time? And he was also able to extinguish the flames when he was "about to take Sasuke's eyes"....

I thought one of Sasuke's eyes was Amaterasu and the other allowed him to control the black flames(enton).

I forgot who mentioned this though. If it turns out it wasn't in the manga then ignore what I said.

And I noticed when Sasuke was fighting 8-tails he put out the flames having to use both eyes but only 1 bleed. but you could obviously tell he was using both... IDK just trying to make conversation cuz im bored

Pretty much this, as sasuke's manipulation comes from the fact that Enton is one of his MS abilities

Yes, theoretically he should be able to do Enton. I mean, it'd make no sense for Itachi to "give" Sasuke Amaterasu, yet Sasuke's "MS power" is Enton if he wouldn't have had Amaterasu without it being "given". Lol

Because he only ''gave'' Sasuke a 1shot Amaterasu to use on Obito when he showed Sasuke his sharingan that's why Itachi's MS showed on Sasuke's eye during the fight with Killer Bee Sasuke awakened his own Amaterasu and later on enton which is his 2 MS powers like Itachi's is Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.
