I really like the third one. I think the lightning is overkill and the second one has a bit too much rain.

They are too monotoned, try using other colors otherwise the tag will be boring to look at. They also lack flow and the effects imo are clashing with each other(left side and right side) the tags look pretty flat too and are also pretty empty, sorry if this sounds harsh but I don't like any of them and I have seen you make better tags than this.
