I cant lol i can imagine him over doing the test and no one would retrieve his bells if he chooses that and He would seriously hurt the kids lol. Then he would call them all weak and ruin their confidence.

Also do you agree sakura would be the best genin leader

I could see him doing that as a way to reform him! Similar to how we saw in the Kakashi ANBU filler arc that Kakashi was assigned as a jounin leader as a way to deal with the darkness in his heart.

I'd much rather see him do that than have him anywhere close to the Hokage office.

He wouldn't be a good teacher. He's too impatient. He also is too powerful for three genin. If he decides to do a bell test like kakashi no one would pass it. Kakashi had little difficulty with sasuke in the bell test, and sasuke was a genius. Now Multiply that kakashi by a thousand and you have sasuke, someone that would out right crush the hope of any genin of passing his test
