That's fine. I don't mean I'd go out killing people for no reason. But there are some people that would look so much better in a coffin than walking around on the earth.

Been in the situation and I can't say that I killed him, but it would have ended rather badly for
the guy harassing/tying to rape my girlfriend when I'm drunk if it weren't for the people that

At this point and this stage of my life given the right situation I don't think I'd hesitate to take a life if mine was in danger or to prevent the loss of others(that includes animals).

Everyone is -capable-; the thing is that not everyone is able to notice that they are in those circumstances before it's too late. Most people lock up in a sort of catatosis or simply deny the reality before them by treating it the same as they would any other situation.

That is how predators get away with it in society - they take advantage of those few moments of confusion, denial, etc to seize the initiative. People are often dead or in a compromising situation before they process that their environment has become hostile.

If it was my life versus the person who is putting my life in danger then yes, i could kill. Of course i would prefer not to.

Being "legal" makes me think it would be on an apocalypse like scenario, where laws no longer apply, therefore no one could control our actions.

I wouldn't hesitate, and probably wouldn't give it another thought afterwards. I wouldn't lose sleep over it anyway, I have no problem eliminating sub-human filth from society. Now I couldn't kill a person, but in this scenario the individual has forfeited their humanity so it couldn't even be considered killing in my book really...just removing an unwanted element from the world.
