No, I do not mean a fan club section.
I mean a place where people can make a club for talking to others about random stuff whatever, not specifically about anything.
Just where a small or large group of people can speak to one another.
This site is pretty big and there are a lot of members so as soon as you post in a thread it's quite likely someone else will post just after and all the people who only read the topics shown on the main page won't see yours.
A club section would really be like general discussion but on a less large scale.
Not in an offensive way but I don't really want to talk to over 100,000 people  it's just way too many.
The fanclub sections rules are a bit too specific for this kind of thing so another section or subforum would be a lot easier for people.
For new members like myself it would be a good way to find a group of people that share similar interests to you and start to make some friends.
As for rules I'd say people making a club should only really have to set who is the leader or leaders are if there is to be such a thing, someone to represent the club if they wish to take on that role.
The leaders as long as they are respectable people can decide who joins or not so that there aren't too many people or spammers in the club allowing members to have a nice chat with each other.
Sorry that's so long just wanted to explain how it should be different from the fanclub section because the instant thought for long term admins would probably be along the lines of "we already have that, idiot"
