Sasuke can use elements with his Susano'o - Lightning, Enton, while Madara can't. Sasuke teleported his Susano'o, and used Preta Path with it, while Madara said he couldn't.

Sasuke's chakra control was said to be on the Sage's level by the Kyuubi during the final battle, now he's jumping to Kaguya's dimension which only Kaguya has shown to be able to do.

I do believe that healing yourself after being cut in half and raped by the night moth makes enton and lightning some shit abilities.

The only Kaguya waited for so long to come back was because she needed an identical body to her old one. She could have jumped to anyone with black zetsu but she needed someone with her powers. That alones makes madara capable of going through dimensions.

Huh? Madara is one of the most important characters in the story. He was developed alot, and displayed alot of power -------- except Sasuke's Susano'o stuff and what he's about to do in the new chapter --- i'm eagarly awaiting the spoilers.
