[Discussion] Could Wano Country be an old Ancient Kingdom ally?

I have been thinking upon this and I think Wano Country was probably allied to Ancient Kingdom. That is why they might not be allied to The WG and have a closed door policy. It might also be the reason why they allowed Portugas D Ace to enter Wano despite their closed door policy.

Because the samurai of Wano wreck shop, we've seen two of them who have incredible power, imagine a whole country filled.
