Could Uzumaki kushina be the Mizukage

i know this may be going a little too far but i read in another thread that she may be uzumaki kushina and i thought that was rediculous because shes a blonde but now in the coloured manga spoiler i saw she had red hair (like kushina) and maybe she is naruto's mom... afterall she was from the land of whirlpool which sound like it could be close to the land of water...which is where the mizukage rules well i know it sound a little weird but thats just me

the only reason kishi would make this happen was if sasuke went and killer her at kage summit and then naruto finds out sasuke killed his mama so he goes and kill sasuke but i don't see that happening
