We know no one else can handle a blow from Tsunade or Sakura but could they handle each others hits?

Sakura, yes.
Tsunade maybe/probably.

PS: I mean with 100 Healings on of course, as in they won't die to eachother's hits.

I believe so.
Their punches cause a blunt trauma, with their strength the punch pretty much destroys ever bone and organ building up a human body.
Byakugo no jutsu regenerates all damage, so I believe that at least Tsunade can take a hit given her stamina feats.

Also, I believe Tsunade destroying a physical manifestation of chakra is more impressive than destroying a wall.

Tsunade can, Sakura can't.

Nope. Their punch can crack Susanoo's ribs, so the chest or head would be blown away.

How do you figure that?

Tsunade has better durability feats than Sakura. Her senju body is strong and not normal because the things she's taken without dying is ridiculous.

tsunade can survive a body shot, but not a head shot

sakura can't survive either

so the answer is pretty much, ''No''.

In a genjutsu :xD: To be fair she took a stab from Madara sword.. but Tsunade took one from a Susanoo sword.

It was a truth seeking ball, which while the impact isn't as great as the Susanoo sword, the effects are worse.

Depends on the area. If its on the head or neck I doubt it.
