Could Tsunade have really healed Orochimaru's hands?

Tsunade is an Uzumaki, Reaper Death Seal is related somehow to Uzumaki as seen when Orochimaru went to the uzumaki's mask temple to retrieve shinigami's mask, so most likely Tsunade knows about it, and it is possible that she does know ways to bring back people from RDS.

And in difference to Nagato and karin, Tsunade remained closer to her clan, grandma (mito) and the village, unlike the other uzumakis that weren't around, this way allowing her to know more stuff from her clan.

Hmm.. Well, due to recent chapters we have seen that one person can remove the soul's from the death reaper, if they choice to sacrifice themselves. I believe that he thought that she might be able to receive the soul's from the death reaper seal's and use her medical ninjutsu to heal herself, although i doubt he knew about it soo soon...

I believe that there is some other explanation, that just involved pure medical ninjutsu off some soft's, however... This is just pure speculation.

I dont think he knew she couldnt do it. I guess he figured that with Tsunade being the best medical ninja in the world and also being the replacement of Hiruzen the person who sealed his arms in the first place he figured that if anyone in the world could heal his arms it would be her.

Also keep in mind that she is also hokage and the hokage must know all the jutsu's in the lead and how to counter them. So again if anybody would know how to fix his arms it would be her.

Orochimaru knew her better then anyone else. He claimed she can heal him, so it's true.
