Could Tsunade counter Tsukuyomi?

In the tsukuyomi Itachi used on Kakashi, we saw him continuously stabbing him for 72hours:

But for someone like Tsunade who is almost immortal thanks to Byakuyou, generally receiving damages in her fights without complaining at all as if nothing happen, do you think that it would really cause a breakdown in her spirit if she see herself continuously stabbed in the genjutsu? I won't go as far as she would enjoy it, but it may cause nothing at all i believe

Furthermore, we've also seen that Tsunade is able to heal mental damage like she did on Sasuke for example:

So what if she heal her own mental damage caused by tsukuyomi in the process? Depending on the tsukuyomi in question, if the person's mental is strong enough, he can still hold his own even after tsukuyomi. Kakashi is an example of that. So maybe at that time, someone like Tsunade(who even has greater will) could tank and heal the mental damage, right?

Idt so. I don't think she'd be able to activate Byakugo once Itachi gets into her mind. Kakashi was nailed to the cross and just took it, so I'm guessing the same would go for Tsunade.

Her forehead seal regenerates cells etc..tsukyomi does no physical damage, it's mental damage, but FEELS physical...She will still get affected , and since it's instant, depending on how long Itachi makes the torture, she'll go unconscious/comatose

She won't have any time to heal it since she'll be knocked out , and her forhead seal isn't capable of healing such a thing

Even if she can repair mental damage, Tsukyomi's time is a lot slower than real time so she would be able to heal as fast as the damage being dealt to her

NO because if you remember naruto anime then there was an episode in which its mentioned that tsunade heals herself and hence prevents herself from any injury no matter how fatal it is but this is for a very limited time. So Itachi's Tsukuyomi for 72 hours straight ould put Tsunade into the same state as Kakashi(with a little less damage as compared to kakashi though).

Well, Tsukuyomi is just on a higher level than Tsunade's healing abilities, and even if she could heal them, she would run out of power and Itachi can just do it again.

i think she did based on the fact that in part 1 when itachi used tsukuyomi on kakashi and he suffered from the psychological trauma it was tsunade who cured him. and even might fuy (at least i think it was him) said that she could do it
