Could Tobirama regenerate in time?

I remember that Muu had difficulties to regenerate after receiving Naruto's rasengan while in KCM, so after receiving attacks coming something as powerful as a Juubi Jinchuriki, i'm wondering if his body would be capable to regenerate in time?
