He will always have a chance however I do not think he will win. It is kinda tough to say though because we have not seen a whole lot of what Tobi can do. We know he can teleport and he can make himself where physical attacks cannot touch him and then he knew izanagi but after that there is not much we know about his abilities. He will obviously have some rinnegan techniques and MS techniques but exactly what and how that will match up with Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Guy is hard to say.

How will he use the 6 tailed beasts now that edo has been released? I understand he has Gedo with the chakra of the tailed beasts in it but that is not the same as being able to use 6 different tailed beasts. We really don't know much about Gedo other than it has raw strength and power for smashing things it could have some unique techniques of its own but we just don't know yet.

I agree he has a chance and it should be one hell of a fight but I still think in the end Naruto will find a way to beat him.
