could tobi be stronger than naruto?

i dont think so,but looking at it naruto has mastered the nine tails,cool rasen-suriken,wind element, sage mode and has a lot of experience fithing those with strong eyes, but tobi who claims to be madara has a lot of experience strong powers and posseses the sharingan,senju,and reningan,who do u think is stronger?

he's definitely stronger than naruto atm, by a significant amount. But i think Naruto will start to turn the tables around in the next manga chapter

Naruto has more chakra but he definitely has more experienced and smarter than naruto but naruto is a little stronger than him.
