Could Tobi be one of Sasuke's(and Itachi's) parrent?

Notice that when the Kyuubi attacked the village, his parents were out, so Itachi was watching over Sasuke.
Also, the Uchiha did not deffend the village at all from that attack, I do think that they arranged it all, and even if Tobi isn't Sasuke's father(Fugaku I think it was) or mother, it's someone from that old Uchiha clan, and probably Itachi found that out aswell.
Also notice that Tobi knew exactly when will Kushina give birth, which only Sasuke's mother knew, Mikoto I think it was her name..
Please do only reply if you have read the manga/watched the episodes multiple times, I really want sober povs on this one
Also, the Uchiha should be the "Police of Konoha", so they would've had to deffend the village from it.

In the flashback, his parents were in the room dead together. Though possible they were spy bodies like Itachi and Kisame when they fought naruto, kakashi and team guy etc.

Though Im pretty sure theyre dead. Good thought though

No, Tobi is a parent of Obito because his space time jutsu looks like kamui.

well those bodies prove nothing really, that's the easiest to fake =)
Since Sasuke's father was the head of the Konoha Police, he should've have fought back the Kyuubi
