I'm assuming that the "soul" in Naruto remains in the physical body. If Tobi becomes intangible by teleporting his physical body to another dimension, his soul follows him. Therefore, he would possess no soul in the physical reality since his body is in another dimension. If he teleported only parts of his body to that dimension, I would imagine the soul to be spliced between the two realities, and thus he wouldn't be sealed completely.

yes tobi can get his soul taking by the shikifujin because tobi would not be able to see it until he gets caught by it and even if tobi decides to disappear the part of him that the soul reaper has will be taking like orr arms was angainst the the third hokage
