Its possible that he is implying that Kakashi's sharingan is borrowed from him(Tobi/ Obito) and because it actually belongs to Tobi, he doesn't have to worry about chakra drainage as much as Kakashi does

nah....tobi is borrowing the sharingan too...IMO the only reason he doesnt get alot of chakra drainage is because of hashi's DNA
