They were probably used so his life could be saved. He'll have upgraded visual prowess, but it won't be rinnegan. Hagoromo didn't want anyone to be like him ( have the rinnegan) that's why he made the Uchiha tablet. So it's very unlikely for Sasuke to have it.

He didn't make the tablet, he said that himself. He said Indra or one of his later family made it.

It may be real. Mangaka do draw chapters ahead of time(so currently kishi has at least chapter 673 done, and maybe 674 done as well.)

Kishi didnt spend this week drawing chapter 672. He had that finished weeks ago.

However the pose for naruto seems odd. The staff is larger that it should be. The faces at the bottom seem like they may be from previous chapters.

So I think its fake. It is possible it isnt though, as recently we have been haveing legit spoiler pages for the past few chapters.
