Well....I've always thought The Rikudou lay dormant in the moon. We shall see....either that or Gaara is taking Naruto to eat the fruit as the Tree has already bloomed and is reflecting upon the moon. Which I feel will awaken The Rikudou, or the fruit giving Naruto great power.
