Hey guys, let me ask you one thing before.
What do you do if you want to keep some thing remembered to do it later?
You will probably write it down somewhere so that you can remember it instead of keeping it in your head because our mind changes a lot.
Even if you want to remember a huge incident, you will make a note of it in points such that you can gather what you had planned to do through those points.
Similarly I think Oda do that by making points for his chapters in the future.
We have seen it, he introduces some new things in very short note (a point) only to make a brief explanation about it in the later arcs.
Similarly, I was reading One Piece manga from the start and I found something interesting in a completely irrelevant to the story.
Remember Gaimon?
From chapter 22. He said something to Luffy which might become something huge in the End. I'm saying it as In the End because I believe that this is how a part of the End of One Piece will be.
Take a look. In the middle part of the page. Read the panels.
The thing that intrigued me more was this "Then BUY the whole World".
At first, for the readers, it will be a normal thing because it will be sounded like One Piece is a great treasure with one can buy anything he wants in the world.
But at this point of the story where so many plot opening in the story and so many theories going around over the internet, One just cannot accept that One Piece is a treasure with one can buy anything in this world.
The introduction of Celestial Dragons, the World Government and the Revolutionary Army. And last but not the least, the pirates roaming over the seas.... There's lot much to this One Piece.
I think Straw Hats, with the help of the Revolutionary Army, will Buy the whole world from the Celestial Dragons and the World Government by revealing what One Piece is, that is, the revelation of the Void Century.
I also believe that if Gol D. Roger happened to be the Main character, he would not have been shown dying because of an incurable disease. Instead he would be the one to buy the world from the Celestial Dragons and the World Government.
And to phrase the main plot of the Story into such an irrelevant chapter is the best way to hide it from the viewers, isn't it? Also the pages of the chapter are available whenever you want to. Hiding it in the drawings is the best way which are easily accessible anytime.
Also, the story in the chapter is interesting.
For 20 years, Gaimon protected the treasure. And when Luffy decided to give it back to what was Gaimon's he found the treasure box empty.
Similarly, it's been 20 years since Gol D. Roger announced One Piece's existence at that place. But when Luffy will reach there, there won't be any treasure.
Also Luffy said that if Gaimon had found that there aren't any treasure they would have not met him and Gaimon could have died already. And to this, Gaimon replies what all things he found and enjoyed on the island.
Similarly if Luffy had found that there aren't any treasure or what One Piece exactly is from Rayleigh, then his whole adventure of sailing across the world would have been boring.
The island where Gaimon lives = One Piece World.
Gaimon = Gol D. Roger or Raftel island
Luffy = Luffy. ;-)
Thanks for reading :-D
