Hey guys, let me ask you one thing before.
What do you do if you want to keep some thing remembered to do it later?
You will probably write it down somewhere so that you can remember it instead of keeping it in your head because our mind changes a lot.
Even if you want to remember a huge incident, you will make a note of it in points such that you can gather what you had planned to do through those points.

Similarly I think Oda do that by making points for his chapters in the future.
We have seen it, he introduces some new things in very short note (a point) only to make a brief explanation about it in the later arcs.

Similarly, I was reading One Piece manga from the start and I found something interesting in a completely irrelevant to the story.
Remember Gaimon?
From chapter 22. He said something to Luffy which might become something huge in the End. I'm saying it as In the End because I believe that this is how a part of the End of One Piece will be.
Take a look. In the middle part of the page. Read the panels.

The thing that intrigued me more was this "Then BUY the whole World".
At first, for the readers, it will be a normal thing because it will be sounded like One Piece is a great treasure with one can buy anything he wants in the world.
But at this point of the story where so many plot opening in the story and so many theories going around over the internet, One just cannot accept that One Piece is a treasure with one can buy anything in this world.

The introduction of Celestial Dragons, the World Government and the Revolutionary Army. And last but not the least, the pirates roaming over the seas.... There's lot much to this One Piece.

I think Straw Hats, with the help of the Revolutionary Army, will Buy the whole world from the Celestial Dragons and the World Government by revealing what One Piece is, that is, the revelation of the Void Century.

I also believe that if Gol D. Roger happened to be the Main character, he would not have been shown dying because of an incurable disease. Instead he would be the one to buy the world from the Celestial Dragons and the World Government.

And to phrase the main plot of the Story into such an irrelevant chapter is the best way to hide it from the viewers, isn't it? Also the pages of the chapter are available whenever you want to. Hiding it in the drawings is the best way which are easily accessible anytime.

Also, the story in the chapter is interesting.
For 20 years, Gaimon protected the treasure. And when Luffy decided to give it back to what was Gaimon's he found the treasure box empty.
Similarly, it's been 20 years since Gol D. Roger announced One Piece's existence at that place. But when Luffy will reach there, there won't be any treasure.
Also Luffy said that if Gaimon had found that there aren't any treasure they would have not met him and Gaimon could have died already. And to this, Gaimon replies what all things he found and enjoyed on the island.
Similarly if Luffy had found that there aren't any treasure or what One Piece exactly is from Rayleigh, then his whole adventure of sailing across the world would have been boring.
The island where Gaimon lives = One Piece World.
Gaimon = Gol D. Roger or Raftel island
Luffy = Luffy. ;-)
Thanks for reading :-D

I miss your naruto predictions

OT I don't think it's a treasure, I think its a key to some kind an ultimate weapon used by the world government/celestial dragons during the void century, roger was hunted so hard because he managed to steal it

Roger didn't steal it. He found the history of the void century. And also he couldn't do anything at that point because the ancient weapons were not active at that time. But since he found the history, they were being hunted down and were presented as the evil guys in the eyes of the civilians. Remember how Ace was thinking about Roger?
Thanks for reading.

Interesting theory here. That would be a very unexpected twist to be honest. Since not a lot of people have thought of the ending being like that from most theories spread nowadays.

Idk if what I'm about to tell you is legit or not but I read an article where it states that Oda said the ending will be a war against the Devil. I think that devil is Kaido
Kaidou don't want to be a Pirate King.
BB wants to be Pirate King.
Also some of the Supernovas want to be Pirate King.
Kaidou declared a war but that doesn't mean that this will be the final war Oda spoke of.
We still have Big Mom, Shanks, WG, Goroseis to be taken care of.
And I believe the final war will be between SHs Vs BB pirates

Nice way to put it. I also strongly believe that the missing history is the last piece in the one piece treasure but we may just find some extra treasure with it- if nothing else a map for a treasure island for Luffy to continue. Somehow Luffy not getting something extra doesn't seem fit with the theme. Some kind of treasure or quest is always attached to whatever Luffy does.

I don't think Luffy wants the treasure just because it's treasure.

Luffy don't even care about money and these things.

Luffy want the treasure just because he want's to be a Pirate King. All the money he ever got he made parties and whatever...

Hence when Luffy gets the treasure I wouldn't be surprised if Nami becomes the one who will take care of it and give it to Revolutionaries if needed with Luffy's final YES.

Other than that decent theory but I think people are thinking too much into it.

One Piece being a treasure chest has already been debunked by Rayleigh even if he didn't said straightforward.

The Tree of Knowledge = Original Devil fruit

Lucifer was banished for granting Humanity divine knowledge.
Prometheus was anathematized by Zeus for giving Humanity knowledge of tools and fire.

Those who carry the Will of D, naturally, are God's opponent.

OT: What caught my eye were the hybrids. There's a poodle-seagull(poogull?), bear-deer(beer?), pig-lion(pion?), panda-giraffe(panraffe?), snake-rabbit(snabit?) and a raccoon-rooster(raccster?)

Recall that Vegapunk was talented as a child; could this island have been a preliminary testing site?
