Onoki - His jinton utterly and completely "deletes" any matter enclosed within a certain space. It can't be blocked or tanked, only avoided or absorbed.

Mu - Same as Onoki, but his invisibility and fission (splitting) techniques are also similarly OP, and are in fact very much like Madara's limbo.

Mabui - her Heavenly Transfer Technique can be used to teleport an object anywhere through space, much like FTG.

Mabui is the only one. Onoki and Muu erases things on a molecular level but molecules are still made of atoms so in a sense they do completely wipe away your existence but your atoms still remain, even though you're gone. Hidan's ability is a secret kinjutsu that originated from unknown places.

- we don't know it's range or how it works--

So, no we cannot call Hidan a space time user since we don't know if his kinjustu manipulates space time

- ohnoki and Muu are not space time manipulates. Jinton turns whatever it hits into dust, hence it's name dust release. Dust release breaks apart molecules not sensory them. We know this because jinton doesnot leave a vacuum.

Mabui- isnot a space time user- e technique is specifify stated to be the speed f light meaning she is a light user.

Mabui is the only one.
-Jinton atomises, it doesn't delete lml. Pretty sure it can be repelled as well with Shinra Tensei etc.
-Invisibility being OP doesn't make it S/T, it's just hiding his presence.
-Hidan has no implications of S/T. An unexplained ability doesn't make it possible to insinuate it is S/T.
