The reason I ask this is because if you remember, kushina was captured by the hidden cloud cause she had special chakra, rin was captured by the hidden stone ninja and was made a jinchuriki for the 3 tails, hinata nearly got captured by the hidden cloud because they wanted her byakugan or learn it's secrets, in the last hanabi was captured by toneri who then stole her byakugan to implant it in his own eye sockets to awaken the tenseigan and now in naruto gaiden part 3 shin and his father want to capture sarada uchiha for some reason.

Exactly this. Sarada has the most desired tool in NV, i.e. Sharingan (along with Rinnegan and tailed beasts), but since the bald guy already has tons of them, he won't be interested in her powers.
