Could there be 2 versions of Infinte Tsukuyomi?

First off you have the Dream World where you're happy and you get to see your loved ones and everybody that's dead is alive. You could compare it to heaven. That's what Obito wantedas you've seen in road to ninja.

But remember Itachi's version of Tsukuyomi where the person is tortured and suffering for 72 hours. You could compare it to hell. This version of Infinite Tsukuyomi is like itachi's but but on a world scale for eternity.

Who's to say Madara couldn't do the same considering he's evil and he couldn't care less what's happening to people as long as the fruit blooms and that would make him much more sinister.
