Could the Uchiha's have possibly based off the Saiyans?

Both misunderstood, Considered brutal by nature, discriminated against etc. Also like Vegeta, Sasuke was the son of the leader of the race and the next 'prodigy'. Vegeta was spared so he could be of use to freiza, which in this case is Obito/Orochimaru. Do you think they were based off the Saiyans?

Nice find man! Narutoverse has many Parallels with the DB Universe. For example Juugos thorn on his hand which he can use to absorb Chackra from his opponents, just like Cell with the end of his Tail. ^-^

No, they were not. Were the Uchiha blood thirsty monsters who went from planet to planet and attacked and purged the local population to sate their blood lust? Were they eventually controlled by the most evil being in the Universe and sent to do the same thing for him?

Did the Uchiha frequently kill each other like the Saiyans did, when getting into combat with one another or when disrespect was shown?

The Uchiha are human beings who had to fight to survive and were aggressive.

The Saiyan race were barbarians that simply loved to destroy and hated being commanded.
