Sorry if somebdy already posted this but Madera said that he had 2 paths by getting the 1st hokage's DNA, and Obito said he got the 3rd parth from Nagato, at first i thought it was the rinnegan but that would mean Madera already had 3 paths? i'm confused... this is where Obito gets the 3rd path

Obito meant that nagato was the 3rd rinnegan user. So6P > Madara > Nagato.

That's a mistranslation. All Obito said was that Madara was the second Rikudō (6 paths) whilst Nagato was the third.

U missed one big difference there. Path is not equal to bloodline. The 6 path of Sage consist of Animal, naraka, human, outer, preta and deva. Bloodline as u know consist of (to name a few) Blaze release, Boil Release, Byakugan (Hyuuga's) Ice Release (Zabuza's sidekick) and a few others.
