I would say Yes.
If SO6P wanted, he could have made anything or any planet buster tech. He could have summoned a meteor larger or equal to the size of earth to destroy it using his rinnegan tech with Juubi's chakra.

Well..., I will say yes, but actually it only depends if Complete Juubi at full power is capable of planet buster or no...

I mean it depends if Complete Juubi has enough raw power/energy to destroy planet..., yes it is only limit put on Sage of six paths.

Why Because no doubt and no matter how powerfull Sage of six paths himself was, his raw power can't be compared to Complete Juubi's raw power..., then you can ask me how he defeated such monster ?

Because Sage of six paths supperior and excellent skills along with great mind/wisdom and knowledge make use of his techniques much more efficent giving him win over Complete Juubi, the monster which was using radomenly his power.

In other words wether Sage of six paths as Jinchurki of Complete Juubi could be planet buster or no, it depends from Complete Juubi havineg enough raw power to destroy Planet or no...

Sage of six paths's raw power could be irrelevant in compare to overhelming raw power of Juubi.

If you have doubt then why Sage of six paths died then..., then I can say Godly raw power of Juubi was constanly destroying Sage of six paths from insided, forcing him to fight with it to not loose control over his body. Yes, I believe that Complete Juubi has consciousness, so SOSP had to fight with Juubi to not loose control over his body. The Juubi itself with it's godly power was reasons for Sage of six paths lack of immortalitly... I believe that Juubi can grant immortality to it's Jinchurki when he is friend with it, or drain his life force or block possibility of possesing immortality when he is enemy with Jinchurki.

Maybe Naruto becoming Perfect Jin of Complete Juubi in the end of series could be immortal and not agging..., so eternal peace could be finally obtained
