Could the perfect ninja be made through Dna altering?

Since people like Orochimaru and Madara were able to take Hashiramas dna and implant it into people to gain his wood release, would it be possible to make a perfect ninja by giving them dna from alot of ninja which have different kekkei genkai so he would be a master of every type of ninjutsu?


It would work similar to how Orochimaru gave Yamato his wood release just get alot of test subjects and give them the different dna until eventually someone survives all the tests and becomes the ultimate ninja.

The success rate is very low, if you remember Yamato's story. Also all the ninjas DNA may not be compatible to each other. A perfect Ninja is a myth, but we can reach close like Madara.

Well, it's fiction, so it'd be totally up to him to whip out the answer. However, so far the answer has been no. It seems that there's always been a cost to pay (e.g. Danzou) or perfection has never been reached (e.g. Yamato), and that there are certain limits shinobi are not meant to reach (e.g. Orochimaru). Just my guess on Kishi's thoughts, I don't actually know them, and of course I don't write the manga. lol
