Today in this chapter the sage said that gamamaru predicted that the child of prophecy will look like Naruto and will know all 9 names of the bijuu

Now first question is: Is Gamamaru the brother of the Sage?

My theory is that the brother had the byakugan but had also the ability to look in the future, probably a old and forgotten or not anymore obtainable power of the byakugan?
