Could the 3rd Raikage Tank A Bijuu Dama

I hate how people put 8-Tails' TBB below Kurama's.
Kurama's TBB are almost the same in power as Hachibi.

Unless he does a Massive one multiple times his size, which most Bijuu could do, they're pretty much equal.

Actually no, Kurama s said to have near limitless chakra and when BM Naruto fired his tbb, that was equal to 5 fully powered Bijuus and the 8 tails was covered in his tails for protection and said Kurama is really strong. Half of Kurama is at least as strong as 5 Bijuus and stronger than the 8 tails. A reason why Kurama said they couldn't win without his chakra, this was while he was recharging.

His Cloak is impenetrable, so I think yes.

His cloak was cancelled out when the rasenshuriken hit him so 2 rasenshurikens in a rom would have finished him. The 8 tails wasn't sure if his tbb cause the scar, maybe when he fired at close range, the 3rd Raikage manage to move from a direct hit and the force caused both of them to be knocked downand the 3rd's jutsu hit himself.

Hachibi fired one at him that made him give himself that scar on the chest. The Hachibi thought that the bijuu dama did that and that's why Naruto's first thought was that he got the scar from the BijuuDama and tried to make one when in Kyuubi mode.

the bijuudama in mentioned in this manga page wouldnt have hit the third raikage, the hachibi said he fell on his bijuudama the same way the third raikage fell on his nukite. its possible that hes been hit by bijuu bomb, but we have no proof right now. its also possible that he always dodged bijuu bombs so right now we cant know for sure. the only thing we know for sure is that its never been mentioned that he has been hit by one. and even if he could survive a bijuu bomb from the eight tails, i doubt he could survive one from kurama.

i agree that there is no way hachibi didnt fire one, but that in no way means that raikage has ever been hit with one. raikage is more than fast enough to dodge a tbb. the only time we know of that the tbb bomb was used against him for sure is when both he got the scar. and in that battle, the hachibi is the one that got hit by the tbb, since he said they both fell on their jutsus

they both got hit by there own jutsu. since raikage is largely based on speed its just as likely that he dodged every other tbb as it is that he got hit.

Not really, Kurama is way stronger when it comes to TBB.

Naruto in Bijuu Mode was easily able to match a TBB of 5 bijuus and when they hit eachother it created an explosion this size:

The Eight Tails doesn't have any feats to match that.

Sure, I don't see why not. Prime Third Raikage {before the scar} only known weakness was his own Jutsu.

No, because it was never explicitly mentioned that he tanked a TBB. Perhaps one from a lesser tailed beast. I even doubt that.
