Sasori - yes, because they have the raw power (Kiba) to destroy the puppets, although with a high diff.

Honestly they have a chance against all of them, but Hanzo is iffy due to his speed. It is plausable that Shino's bugs can neutralize poison but it is also just speculation.

Hinata can see through Sasori's core, Shino's bugs can eat chakra strings and Hinata can cut some of them. They can lead Kiba to Hiruko and it is very likely that he can break it as his very inferior jutsu in part 1 could harm rashomon gates. But this can all happen if they handle him before 3rd kazekage comes out.

About Kakuzu, Hinata's byakugan can see chakra build up of jutsu execution and location of hearts. She can channel her chakra through strings to kill his hearts, Kiba can use fang over fang to rip restraining threads. Shino's bugs are vulnerable to large scale ninjutsu, but with an opening he can inflict harm on one of hearts. Other than Kiba neither Hinata nor Shino are fast enough to evade his scaled ninjutsu, so this is a huge problem.

Imo it goes like this:
Against Hanzo - Hanzo wins 8 out of 10 times.
Against Sasori - Sasori wins 6 out of 10 times.
Against Kakuzu - Kakuzu wins 7 out of 10 times.
