EDIT: Sorry, I just realised in the title I wrote Yugito, I meant Yagura.
I gave it some thought yesterday, and came up with this theory:
So the timeline doesn't really make sense in terms of Yagura being controlled by Obito or Madara. Obito was eleven or so at the time, and Madara was attached to the Gedo Mazo for life support. So how could they have controlled Yagura to do the things he did?
I think it may be possible that Spiral Zetsu has an ability to transform into someone (like White Zetsu) but even copy their jutsu, kekkei genkai, etc. Could he have copied Madara (and his Sharingan) and in turn use it to manipulate Yagura?
Of course this ability would be overpowered, so there would have to be some limitations (E.g. Spiral Zetsu can only copy about 50% of the original's strength, takes a long period of time to transform, etc.).
I just feel Spiral Zetsu was too irrelevant to Obito's history, and we didn't really get much closure for what happened to him.
Thoughts?
Just in case anyone asks:
The Bloody Mist graduation exams ended when Zabuza was nine. He's two years younger than Kakashi/Obito, meaning that Obito would have been 11 when the exams ended. That doesn't really make sense considering that Obito didn't meet Madara until he was twelve or thirteen.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I thought of it was:Obito controlled him.
