In my opinion I think Naruto and Sasuke tend to grow stronger in response to strong enemies. In other words in the beginning they were weaker but at the end they had become stronger.

MAYBE Naruto could find a way to rip the Tailed Beasts out of Kaguya like he did Obito. But he'd need REAAAAAAAAALLY powerful plot armor for that.

Kaguya will always stamp them down. There's no debate about it.

Only VOTE versions of them has their chance of beating Madara down. Older versions should logically take him down, but I'm not so sure at the moment.
