Itachi has stamina issue and naruto has full knowledge (unless this is edo itachi). Sm naruto can fight with his eye closed negatin genjutsu. And can counter amaterasu by havin mutiple clone available that way itachi won't spam amaterasu you know stamina issue and ms effect. (1/13 of naruto in sage mode was able to beat 3rd raikage w/ little help so his clones in sm are around low kage level). Susano is the only problem because his attack can't break it completely but i see naruto outlastin it since he can dodge every move itachi's susano can use w/ the help of clones and hengee also sm naruto has a record of physically fightin big summons rhino, kurama that would help against susano. Taijutsu is sucide against sm naruto and genjutsu is useless w/ naruto using sm sensing, sm sensing would constantly make naruto aware of itachi's move . I made it look easy but itachi can win. Whoever wins high diff.

my only problem with this is you saying SM clones are low kage level.

1v1 no intel does naruto even come close to a win?
