Could shisui have same ms power as obito?

I was wondering if there are different paths down the mangeyko sharing an road. For examPle shisui had mind control and obviously madara did too but not itachi or sasuke. Could shisui have been the third to I, I just feel he Plays a roll either knowingly or being controlled by madara. Cause obviously madara like to use pawns ex. Obito, izuna, Nagato, could shisui having same ms power some how got out of it. Obito. Could of did it too and killed madara when figuring the truth. Just thinkin of some plot holes and everyone whose ever had mangekyo Is very key in this plan cause you can read more and more on the so6p stone the higher your eyes and everyone with ms gave there life for a supposed better cause even madara so will this be assumes fate too when he reads so6path stone cause I think that's where he is going to find the truth!!!!!!

I've always said they Obito and Shisui were brothers because Mei said that Obito controlled Yagura with technique Danzo used on Mifune, KA (that was Obito because Kisame recognized him). It would also explain why it took so long for Obito to get his hands on Shisui's right eye, since Danzo never seemed to leave Konoha, when he could have gotten Shisui's left eye from Itachi much sooner. But that's just my opinion

yea i think there is some connection with not just obito and shisui but all ultimate uchiha........ ex manga chapter 400 tobi tells the story to sasuke but in the flash back of itachi and tobi tobi's hair is long ( madara and quite possibly itachi wasw willing to give shisui's eye to madara) in exchange for true peace ........ all madara and nagato and obito want is true peace itachi also knew how to find tobi and and his best friend was shisui so could this be forshadowing an uchiha ultimate goal of peace at all cost . the so6p ultimate dying wish?
