Haha good one your logic sucks it does not just give someone a new technique it enhances their eyes yet again so it is above the Three Tome Sharingan in Perception and everything else the KA Tsukyomi Amataresu are all just bonuses, Oh and also there is Sasuke and Madara's Straight Comma Mangekyo which stands even above that in terms of base ability Madara and Hashirama stated it themselves and i think Tobirama also said so but im not sure.
