Yes, I know this, but how does Sasuke kill Orochimaru. We still don't know what abilities his EMS pertain, how his EMS abilities work and/or if he has any sealing techniques from Itachi. Orochimaru might be weak to take over Sasuke's body, but he never said anything about being weak from killing/defeating Sasuke.

Oro is a pseudo immortal. If Shikamaru beat Hidan who was immortal then why can't Sasuke beat Oro. Keep in mind Shikamaru was a lot weaker than Hidan unlike Sasuke who is a lot stronger than Oro.
