Rinnegan powers come from RinneSharingan feats, it's simple logic. Kaguya can travel to Limbo dimension because the Shinju's power is linked with all dimensions and as a result her descendants can use some of those dimensions.

Kaguya has never been to pure land. If you have, youre dead. Some rules cant be broken.

I dont think he understands that the move itself is Limbo, not a damn dimension thats his problem.

If thats the case Madara could travel there himself and be unbeatable yet the "special" clones go in and out of him.

He haves the potential to learn any jutsu in existence but Limbo was a unique rinnegan feat that Kishimoto intended Madara to acquire. Just like Ameno and Enton is unique to Sasuke.

Sasuke can't use Limbo. It is Madara's unique Rinnegan ability and it is not a common Six Paths ability. The same way Madara can't use Ameno is because that is Sasuke's unique technique.

He could probably develop a technique very similar to it. Yomotsu Hirasaka is kekkei mōra technique who only Kaguya had.

That technique is the progenitor of all S/T techniques which explained how Kamui was able to connect to her dimensions. I think Sasuke can access the Limbo dimension with Ameno but once there he won't be able to use the Limbo technique. In all aspects this Limbo technique is unique. You can get into the dimension but you can't use the technique unless you implant the MS eye required to use that unique Dojutsu.

Madara had to grab Kakashi's MS to get into the Kamui realm. In Sasuke's case he can get into the Limbo dimension but won't be able to use the technique unless the author wants to go more into depth about this.

Sasuke cannot learn Limbo unless you want to suggest Madara and Hagoromo can learn Amenotejikara. Sasuke also did not copy Yomotsu Hirasaka from Kaguya, but he is using a different technique that can transverse dimensions, just like Kamui.

On the topic of whether or not Madara's Limbo dimension can be traveled to, in theory it can. Unlike SenseiSama however, I don't think so because all dimensions are linked and created by Kaguya, but simply because techniques like Kamui aren't bound by any amount of rules like that. Just as how Obito was able to return himself from the afterlife (still a dimension), it would not be completely insane think of visiting the dimension Limbo uses. The difficult/impossible part would be finding it's location, as even Obito had to sync with Yomotsu Hirasaka in order to find the location of Kaguya's dimensions. Limbo isn't traveled to or from so that's where the line is drawn.

Also, if you remember correctly, in Boruto the movie, Naruto was sent to another dimension, and at that time no one was opening dimensions like Kaguya but Sasuke still sensed Naruto's chakra which even proves my theory even further. :lol
And when Sasuke went to rescue him, he didn't need to open portals randomly like Obito and Sakura did in order to find him in Kaguya's dimensions...
