The Bijuudama is a mixed concentration of red and blue chakra. Additionally, as seen by Killer Bee's initial one, and the fact Rasengan is based on it, the bomb is actually a spiraling mass of chakra.

This provides two attemptable counters.


A) Disrupt the rotation of the chakra.... by doing so, the chakra would thusly either spiral out of control (pre-detonation), or it would disperse as with the core rotation gone, the chakra is simply flung in multiple directions.

Such a feat could feasibly be done via the Enton Arrow (though it may need to be a Perfect Susanoo Enton Arrow). By firing to disrupt the core, or by aiming to hit the perimeter/circumference of the circular object... it would be possible to do so.


B) Disrupt the Balance of Red and Blue chakra.... Bee mentioned that it requires a perfect balance to maintain, and Naruto was seen failing his Rasengan variant because he had an incorrect concentration. Through possibly Enton's (Amaterasu) ability to burn what it targets... it is theoretically possible to disrupt the balance... it would not perfectly counter it since the detonation of failure would occur; however, it would instantly stop it from advancing.

There is a third possibility. As you said it's a spiraling mass of chakra. If the arrow's force isn't enough to disrupt the spiral motion of the bomb, it will simply deflect it. Think Neji's rotation defense and how incoming attacks bounce off of it.

A tbb isn't spinning chakra it's a simple blast minato when created rasengan didn't get the spinning part from tbb (tht is simply just rasengan ) he took the destructive power he seen tht pure chakra can do and made rasengan. The reason rasengan has the spinning rotating thing is because minato needed a way to harness pure chakra and keep it in place and made it more piercing then destructive force. Notice rasengan only has destructive force only when it makes contac with something (because its controlled by the spiraling) but tbb once a bijuu starts harnessing all the chakra at once everything around it starts to break (as well as the ground it's on)
Tbb is just a pure blast no spinning to it


Also no Enton arrow can ever hope to Stop a tbb...

His pitful Susanoo couldn't counter it, reason why he relied on Naru-Mina combo in order to survive. He can use reverse summoning though like he intended to do, but he would need someone else to bring him out like Suigetsu did against Deidara

TBB's require precise chakra balance. An influx of chakra such as Enton Arrow wouldn't do much to those black rods, but the TBB it would throw the chakra out of balance.

We've already seen Susanoo's Yin chakra making direct contact with the dense ball of chakra and having no effect. Amaterasu/Enton Variants should follow similarly.
