Could he end up controlling Kurama fully like Madara and obito once did?

In that early part Naruto was also denying the Nine-Tails' chakra, but that is not shown until the later episodes.

All you need is 3 tomoe apparently, so yeah probably, however Sasuke has no genjutsu feats so we shall never know.

Naruto was also suppressing the nine tails chakra, and in that time Naruto and Kurama were not friends(seal still intact)
