How... Are learning sage mode and using rinnegan related?
And if I recall correctly, rinnegan was a permenant eye tech, not a turn on/off doujutsu like Sharingan and Byakugan.
So either he has it or he doesn't.

A susanoo that can absorb ninjutsu, he wont be running out of chakra anytime soon.

The snake gang (Oro, Kabuto) learned sage mode, the only person who didnt was Sasuke. Is it possible he learn it soon? I am guessing kishi will make Sasuke the first pure blood Uchiha to awake the Rinnegan via sage mode.

An absorption of natural energy + EMS can probably let Sasuke enjoy short period of Rinnegan. Probably like the restriction on Naruto when he was using sage mode.

Oro and Sasuke, esp Sasuke should learn it too if Kishi follows the sequence.

To be honest, I kinda like your idea somewhat. Though I wonder what other physical features Sasuke would have gained, as we cannot say for sure which animal lives in the Damp Bone Forest, despite heavy speculations on the slug thing due to the fact that two of the Sannin happened to summon animals who could teach it.....

That would be some serious overkill.
But seriously, some people have been saying Uchiha's can't learn sage mode...I think anyone can learn sage mode but I don't really think it fits with how Sasuke is being developed. He doesn't do as much close combat anymore so Sage Mode's strength enhancement wouldn't be much of a benefit there. Plus, sage mode has more to do with the body, not the eyes.

Plus, I think it would be odd for Sasuke and Naruto to both have Sage Mode. They are supposed to have similar techniques/abilities (rasegan vs chidori) but not the same, otherwise it would be like fighting fire with fire

SM is aligned with the body. Not completely dismissing the notion - as anything can happen - but it doesn't sit well with the way Uchiha clan can be linked to the older son with the Sage's eyes, and the younger with his body. Uchiha's Doujutsus' make them unique. Adding SM would retract from that power. Let's see what happens, but I don't think the manga will head this way with Sasuke.

Madara can turn his off. The case with not being able to deactivate it was with Nagato because they where transplanted eyes just how Kakashi cannot deactivate his Sharingan that he got from Obito
