Could Sasuke Ameno the Sun / Moon?

Sasuke was able to Ameno through the portal instantly showing he can move quite some distance between two dimensions and replace himself with any thing.

If OBITO or Sasuke himself could open a portal on the Moon or near the Sun. Could Sasuke Ameno the Moon/Sun?

Logically it would be catastrophic destruction for the solar system (Sun) or planet (Moon) IF he does this but im curious as to why he couldn't do it.

...logically speaking, Sasuke’s ameno seems to have a ‘size’ switch limit. The only huge thing we’ve ever seen Sasuke swap was his own Perfect Susano’o. Swapping with something the size of a satellite or planet would be preposterous. Maybe he can swap with a small portion of said object though.

Too far away and way too big. Maybe if Naruto shares the bulk of his chakra with him they could possibly Ameno the Moon....but that’s a REALLY big stretch.

Ameno's exact restrictions are unknown (Distance) and although a size distance hasn't been stated or even implied, it isn't unrealistic to assume he has one, even if its just an assumption.

Theoretically though, by using a portal to close the spacial gap between them (Like the Obito situation) He should be able to.

That is, unless there is an extra cost or a restriction based on size.

Theoretically yea, it should be possible. That being said, if sasukes rinne was a bit weakened just from hopping dimensions himself, it’s debatable whether he’d have the chakra to open the portals, keep them open, and ameno the sun and moon through them(if I correctly understood what you meant lol)
