If part 1 Shikamaru could break out if, I don't see why part 2 Sakura couldn't. Kakashi described her as "the village's shrewdest child" and plus, she's got perfect chakra control, is a genjutsu type and is very intelligent (she'd have to be to be a medic). She also has inner Sakura to break her out, if necessary.

Sakura will deal with Jirobo and Sakon pretty easily. They're close combat shinobi and that suits her perfectly, one super-strength punch and they're dead.

Kidomaru and Tayuya are definitely the problem here but it's nothing she can't overcome. If she summons Katsyuu, even if she gets caught in the webs, she can get Kats to fire acid at the webs to melt them and heal from the damage without a problem. Kido and Tayuya are the type that will hide and fight from long range but the impact of one punch from Sakura can be felt from a long way away. Sakura destroys everything in her path with one punch, reveals their respective hiding places and speed blitzes them.

Eh, the chakra in those techniques work differently, but it should work in theory.

The distance of which the acid is spat across is huge for a human body only looks small because of the giant summonings.

And if you look at the boulder Manda spins off of its almost as big as the length at the end of his tail. Replace any person there and it covers them more than necessary.
