Durable doesn't mean you can't be thrown.

Look at tsunade she is hell of durable and madara made her flew into a boulder

The question clearly asks if a punch from Sakura could send a Tailed Beast flying.

Tsunade's durability isn't the same as a tailed beast's durability. With Tsunade she can heal herself, with a tailed beast it can plain tank shit.

How on earth would anyone know. We don't know the weight of a tailed beast, therefore we can't know if Sakuras punch would make one "fly" let alone, do any damage what-so-ever.
